- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have kidney disease
- Are 65 years of age or older
- Antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium hydroxide, as they may alter the effectiveness of Allegra® Hives
- Do not take within 2 hours of taking an antacid
- Do not take with fruit juices
Directions:
Adults and children 12 years and over: The recommended dose is 1 tablet (60 mg) every 12 hours with a glass (250 mL) of water. Do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours.
Do not use for a long period of time unless advised by a doctor.

You have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients. To help avoid side effects and ensure proper use, talk to your healthcare professional before you take Allegra® Hives. Talk about any health conditions or problems you may have, including if you:
Tell your healthcare professional about all the medicines you take, including any drugs, vitamins, minerals, natural supplements, or alternative medicines.
The following may interact with Allegra® Hives:
- Do not take more than directed
- Do not take within 2 hours of taking aluminum or magnesium antacids
- Do not take with fruit juices
- Stop use and ask a doctor if an allergic reaction to this product occurs. Seek medical help right away.
- Store between 15° and 30°C, in a dry place.
Ask a doctor before use if you have kidney disease. Your doctor should determine if you need a different dose.
When using this product:
Keep out of reach and sight of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
